RESORT COMPLEX «INFORMAT» - SVETI VLAS
KUSHTITE NA INFORMAT is situated near the road of Sunny Beach - Elenite, to the south of the center of Sveti Vlas and 5 minutes away on foot from a nice beach with life guards. The complex comprises of 11 houses which altogether include 76 apartments. Buildings 1, 2 and 4 were completed in year 2004, all the apartments within were sold and are now actively used during the whole year. Buildings 3 and 5 with 6 apartments in each were fully completed in May 2005 and are fit to be lived in. Building 8, 9 and 10 have been finished in 2006. Each one of them has 3 floors with 2 apartments on each plus an attic, where there are 2 studios. In those buildings there are 18 apartments and 6 studios.The apartments have one or two bedrooms and their area varies from 53 to 84 sq. m. Buildings 6 and 7 are completed in June 2007. In those buildings there are 8 apartments and 4 studios. Every apartment or studio has two bedrooms and a total area of 74 to 77 sq. m. After we finished them, the complex is entirely completed. All the apartments of the complex will have sea views. The whole terrain is fenced and there will be twenty-four-hour security. There are car parks, green areas and playgrounds.
